We’re making significant improvements to our layout to accommodate more modules for your featureOS account.

Introducing the new navigation system in featureOS!

Why this change?

The old navigation was cluttered and made it difficult to differentiate between modules.

With the addition of new modules like Knowledge Base and AI Assistant, it became even more confusing for users.

This is why we had to change the way we handled navigation across featureOS.

What’s new in the new navigation system?

Every pixel is new. Here’s a quick gist of everything that’s new in the new navigation system:

• New app sidebar: Allows you to quickly switch between modules like Feedback Boards, Roadmap, and Changelog.

• Relevant sub-navigation: Now, when you click a module, you see only the options that are relevant to that module.

• Super efficient: The app on the whole now loads only the elements that you need. When you are in feedback boards, only the data required for feedback boards is loaded in your browser. This makes the app faster than before.

What’s coming up next?

We love building featureOS, and creating a positive impact in your work life. We want to be your trustworthy platform for everything you do after you ship a product or a feature.

Here’s the direction we’re taking next:

• Knowledge Base: We are very close to releasing one of the most useful knowledge base modules you could have ever seen. It is intuitive, easy to integrate, and so powerful in a simple way.

• AI Assist: This module is going to be everywhere. You will see an assistant that is personalized to your organization, helping you with things promptly. It does not wait for you to ask something, it presents you with help appropriately.

• Product Management & Customer Success LLM: We are also working on our own LLM so that your data is not shared with platforms like OpenAI or other such providers. The LLM we are working on understand product management and customer success very well and caters to your requirements on featureOS.

• Many more surprises: I will write to you about some more features that we are working on in the coming weeks/months.
